The Fowler Family Awards Center inside the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park, honors the many who have dedicated their lives to coaching & officiating San Diego youth sports. The Center features the San Diego County Officials Hall of Fame which includes many respected SDCFOA memebers past & present.
