High School & Pop Warner Officials
​Meetings begin at 7:00pm. (Instructors and Crew Chiefs meet at 6:15pm.)
Meeting Requirements:
All non-certified members must attend NINE meetings and pass both the Rules Exam and Mechanics Exam. Any exceptions must have Board approval. In order to be eligible for the 2027 draft and not lose game assignments (including the 2026 playoffs), all Certified members must attend NINE meetings (includes your Position Clinic) and pass both the Rules Exam and Mechanics Exam in order to be eligible for the draft and not lose game assignments. Any exceptions must have Board approval.
Room Assignments & Instructional Packets:
All room assignments will be included in the general instructional packets that are to be picked up at the general meeting TBA starting at 6:00 p.m.
