ARTICLE 3. Under 2 minutes in each half, the clock will stop on a referee’s signal and start when the ball is marked ready for play for each of the following:
a. First down for Team A.
b. Head coach conference.
c. Illegally conserving time.
d. Inadvertent whistle.
e. Injury timeout.
f. Official’s timeout.
g. Team A forward fumble out-of-bounds.
h. Penalty and enforcement.
