Wednesday’s Weekly Bull and Room Assignments are attached and will be in your packets – Our first meeting will be this Wednesday July 8th at 7:00 pm at Mira Mesa High School in the Theater. Each official’s packet will be available starting at 5:30 pm near the Theater. For this meeting it is probably best to park in the front (main) parking lot off of Mira Mesa Blvd. Kits will be at the entrance of the school.
Crew Chief and Instructor’s Meeting – We will meet at 6:00 pm in the Theater to go over the program and classroom instruction for the night. We will also field questions and provide data on the new CA Registration Process.
1st Year and 2nd Year Officials – Please meet with everyone in the Theater to begin the evening. You will then be dismissed by class to go to your individual classroom at some point in the program.
CA New Registration Process – We will now begin a SERIOUS push to get this done! All crews must be registered before getting assigned anything…even your scrimmage. At this point 17 crew chiefs are not registered. 52 officials who are on crews have not completed the process. Is your crew completely registered and cleared to be assigned? Contact Coover or Ables and they can check for you. All 1st and 2nd year officials will be assisted by their instructors in completing this new registration process.
